“What if I Don’t Like My Type?” Healing Sessions

A powerful clearing for each Type to release shame, and like yourself more.

Are you having a hard time appreciating the qualities and expressions of your Type?

Were there shameful experiences in your past that labeled you in ways you didn’t like? Maybe you are misjudging your gifts and flaws? It’s time to live in balance with your energy and let go of the shameful thoughts, feelings, and perceptions.

Each Type can take on judgments and shame that cause them to see themselves in an unfavorable light. In these healing sessions, we’re going to clear all that negative energy surrounding how you view yourself so you can love and accept your true nature even more.

Type 1. You’re cute. You’re brilliant.

Even so, I sometimes see Type 1 women struggling to accept their gifts and their true nature which is more light, random and buoyant. This is because your true nature was repressed or shamed as a child. You were judged as silly, ridiculous, or maybe you were told you drop the ball all the time. I’m so grateful to be here to support you in letting go of those negative labels and judgments!

Type 2. You’re naturally calming.

You’re heart-centered, relating to the world emotionally with a more peaceful expression than the other Energy Types. This is a beautiful gift you offer the world! And yet, most likely you experienced judgment and felt shame for your soft and subtle Type 2 movement as a child. If you were ever told to hurry up, stop crying or “you’re too sensitive!” This video is just for you. This isn’t something you need to effort. Just relax into the truth of who you are.

Type 3. You’re naturally expressive and vibrant!

But chances are good you were wounded and shamed for your more active and substantial energy as a child. Ever been shushed? Or maybe you’ve been told “you’re too much!” Or “you’re too intense.” If so, this video is just for you.

Type 4. You are your own authority.

Yet, so often I see Type 4 people who have given their authority away because they’ve been so judged for their bold nature. Ever been told you need to lighten up, or that you’re too serious?
