  1. I would LOVE to see videos about the myths of each type, that would be so informational and helpful !
Also having video references on specific gifts of each types but also tuning into your empath qualities would be so wonderful and helpful

  2. I cannot rave enough about the DYT program and the benefits it has brought into my life. I do have one question though – I am trying very hard to apply this to my entire family. My husband is interested as well. I recently purchased the men’s course to support him and my son, but unlike the ladies course, I can only access type 2 (my husband’s type). Is there a reason you have not made this one open to all types as you have the ladies course? I’d love to be able to apply it to my son as well, but am not in a position to purchase another type specific course.

  3. These are always amazing and I learn so much from other people’s comments and questions. I could tell Michelle was a T1 straight away because of the twinkling, smiling eyes! The after is like a breath of fresh air, just beautiful.

  4. I had to watch both videos- the intro and the reveal to figure this one out. Michelle is not the typical bubbly, animated T1 woman we see on DYT. She has a subdued quality. My first impression of Michelle was not formed by her appearance, but by her conversation with Carol. She had energy and spoke confidently of her journey to discover her type. Then I looked at her face and body type. She is petite and her face doesn’t have angles. Her demeanor has a lightness, not substance and weight. She looks wonderful- beautiful- in her T1 colors!

  5. Yes, please produce the videos…the myths of each type, and the empathic qualities of each type! I would LOVE that! Thank you so much for this video…so helpful!!

  6. Hi Carol, might be an idea to look into getting a few hypercardioid microphones for use in the new studio. They are designed to reduce reflected sound.

  7. “The power of this information is it’s meant to bring you home.” <3 Love that.

It's not that I couldn't see the Type 1 qualities in her, it's just that her intention of being a Type 2 at first was much stronger. I said "Type 2?" initially but then her wardrobe colors just weren't doing justice. I was confused. Then when she came out in Type 1 ensemble I said "Oh yea. Of course.". I think this is a good example of how our primary energy type, if not sent to the fore, can be very subtle at first and how a secondary can take over potentially…not sure if I'm describing that about the secondary correctly. My experience is that my secondary was so dominant that it overpowered my Type 4 (and I was also afraid of stepping into Type 4 completely), and some people have had trouble adjusting to me embracing of my primary.

  8. I can so identify with Michelle! My whole life, I’ve been bewildered by my lively/soft traits, wondering, “who am I?” But understanding DYT helps me to sink in to the wholeness instead of the dichotomy of my personality. I feel good around her as I hope others do around me!

  9. Lol!!! “I love you no matter what type you are.” I just realized I’m a type 1 after a few years going back and forth between types. Every time I’d tell my husband my “new” type, that’s the exact same thing he’d say.

  10. Michelle, you look wonderful with your brightness set free. Thanks for being a curly haired sister not afraid to show some gray, so beautiful on you. Please do update DYT about sensitivities that may self-correct as you live more in your Oneness. I’m a 2/1 and appreciate these energies and the differences between 2/1 and 1/2. Blessings to you!

  11. I would love to see videos about how each energy type varies. After doing the tapping exercises (and praying for clarity), I realized I’m a type 1. There are many questions that I have about being a type 1 because I believe that my secondary type 4 is quite strong. I’ve been asking my mom lots of questions lately about my childhood now 🙂

  12. That would be so nice if we could see more outfits on the ladies that you do makeover on so we can really see the T1ness in some different color combinations… Us T1’s need to see variety; one outfit is not enough… 😉

  13. Wouldn’t she look great in a more saturated T1 color with a white accent or other contrasting T1 color? Seems that pastels or light tints would wash her out a bit and not blend well with her face and hair coloring… Just a thought. 🙂

  14. I love how you emphasize taking care of our physical bodies in addition
to everything else you teach. I was recently diagnosed with some
pretty severe food intolerances (I was having trouble even breathing)
and I have struggled with anxiety and depression as well. I have had to
completely renovate my diet and cut out a huge swath of different food
items. The thing that made the biggest difference was cutting out corn
and all the corn derivatives that the U.S. puts in their food. When I
was reintroducing food to test if I would have an autoimmune response,
the corn just induced a huge sense of doom. 😀 Apparently it was the
cause of most of my anxiety! So thank you for your balanced approach to
    healing!
I have not purchased your course because of financial
difficulties due to said medical trouble as I have to still stick with a
medical diet that is rotational and very specific; also my mother has
recently struggled with cancer and the resulting medical bills so I was
very interested to hear about a payment plan as DYT has been a huge
benefit to me and the acceptance of myself. Regardless, if I can
afford the course or not, I plan on utilizing all the content you so generously provide that I can get my
hands on. Thanks again for all your hard work; it’s really appreciated!
You have made a big positive difference to me and mine.

  15. Woop Woop Michelle! In her before pic she still looks youthful but tired, in her after she looks realllllly youthful and her face comes alive!! you can actually see the weight lifted from her and her demeanor has changed, like she has given herself permission to be her light bright bubbly self.

  16. I identify very strongly with Michelle, I’m not very “bubbly”either and the way she moves and speaks doesn’t scream type 1 as the stereotype we think of…As a type 1/4 I discounted type 1 right off the bat upon first reading Carol’s books and watching the video. I first bought the course for type 2, then exchanged for type 3 then thought for a long time I was type 4. Over the course of 2 years I had also watched every single video Carol made, read every book at least twice and would lose sleep some nights over trying to figure out my type. I was truly SURE I was not type 1 then began to see it slowly but surely. Michelle’s story and makeover is valuable for a lot of us type 1’s that can’t see it in ourselves.
